Touch Up Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work and want your tattoo to heal beautifully. While tattoo healing varies from person to person, the following policy applies to all touch-up requests.

Complimentary Touch-Ups

We offer one complimentary touch-up on tattoos completed by Reverence Tattoo, provided that:

The touch-up is booked within 3 months of the original tattoo appointment.
The tattoo has been properly cared for according to our aftercare instructions
The tattoo has healed normally and any loss is due to the natural healing process
The original artist is available to perform the touch-up

Complimentary Touch-Ups Do Not Cover

Free touch-ups will not be provided where healing has been affected by:

Picking, scratching or peeling the tattoo
Excessive sun exposure or tanning during healing
Swimming, spas, saunas or prolonged soaking before the tattoo is healed
Friction, trauma or damage to the tattoo
Failure to follow aftercare instructions
Pregnancy-related skin changes or significant weight fluctuations affecting the tattoo
Tattoos on high-wear areas that naturally require more maintenance (such as fingers, hands, feet, palms or the inside of the lip).

After 3 Months

Touch-ups requested more than 3 months after the original appointment will be charged at our standard rates, regardless of the reason.

Finger, Hand, Foot & Ankle Tattoos

Finger, hand and foot tattoos are completed entirely at the client's discretion.

Due to constant movement and daily wear, ink in these areas is more likely to fade or drop out during healing. Every person's skin heals differently, so the final result may vary.

Please note:

Complimentary touch-ups do not apply to finger, hand, foot or ankle tattoos.
If a touch-up is required, it will be charged at $50 per session.
Additional touch-ups may be needed over time to maintain the tattoo.

Cosmetic Changes

Any requests to alter, add to, redesign or change the original tattoo are considered new tattoo work and are not included as a touch-up.

A clear photo of the healed tattoo
Your full name
The date of your original appointment.
