Hi guys! I hope you have all been well, and had a little time to rest and recoup during Iso! I'm writing this email to all of you, to address the situation of coming back to work post Covid closure. Please have a read of ALL the below information, as some/all of this will apply to you. If what's below still does not address all of your concerns, I will then liaise personally with you at the next opportunity. As it stands right now (Monday 25th May) I have over 90 emails from you all to reply to, so please be patient with me, and only further your queries with me if absolutely necessary!!

CLIENTS WHO HAVE APPOINTMENTS BOOKED FROM JUNE 1ST

Your appointments will not change, they will stay the same. I am unable at this point to change/reschedule these dates for you, so unfortunately if you can't make it, you will have to forfeit the spot completely so I can give that appointment to someone else. Please let me know if this is the case so I can promptly fill this spot. If you had a few appointments booked in, and some were lost during closure, please read below.

CLIENTS WHO HAVE LOST APPOINTMENTS DURING COVID CLOSURE

I'm terribly sorry if your appointment fell in this time, Covid was/is a strange situation to live through for many of us, and being out of work was very difficult for me, and it has left many of you with lots of questions!

That being said, because I am already booked up so far in advance, the dates that you have lost will remain at this point unable to rebooked straight away – I literally have no spots to give out to anyone! But know that you are on my highest priority list, and as soon as appointments become available, either through cancellations or time moving forward, you will be the first to be contacted. If you have booked a few appointments and this has caused you to lose some but not all, you can keep the ones in place that still stand, and we can endeavour to find new appointments in due time.

CLIENTS WHO ARE ON MY WAITLIST

As many of you are aware, I have a waitlist for future clients who are wanting to book in with me, but don't have selected dates as yet. Although you are and will remain on my waitlist, it is imperative that I find appointments for those who have lost their appointments due to the closure. This does unfortunately mean that you aren't my highest priority at this time. As things start to go back to normal, I will start reaching out to you again when you're next on my list, and we can go ahead with booking you in.

THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE ENQUIRING TO BE PUT ON MY WAITLIST

With the aforementioned information, I sadly have to put a halt on taking new enquiries for my waitlist. It has gotten to the point that I can't fulfil the current client waitlist enquiries and have left many without the immediate chance of booking in. So until further notice, my waitlist is closed. In the meantime, please feel free to check out my other realism artists.

IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE

If you are booked in from June 1st and can't remember your appointment date, to get a faster response, please call the studio on 9570 3636 and ask whoever answers the phone, I will have my diary accessible to my artists so they can assist you with your dates only!

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FUTURE BOOKINGS, PLEASE READ**

So, with all of that said, there is one more topic that will relate and coincide with the above information. I will be having my first child in early October, which means my maternity leave will start from early September. Just like everything stated in the above text, I will have to put another hold on future bookings, and hence why I am unable to give you back your immediately lost bookings. After I have given birth, I will be taking a 3 month break, and after those initial 3 months, I will start to book/rebook your appointments in, again, those on my top priority list will have first availability. However, I will not be coming back full time straight away, so it will impact the time frame in which I had originally intended/ hoped to give you appointments.

I want to thank you all so much for your support and patience, it is truly humbling and a very high honour that you would be willing to wait out so long for my tattoos. I can't express enough gratitude and appreciation for you all.
